1. Overview

This website is operated by Storm Door Guy LLC (“Storm Door Guy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide this website, including the information, products, services, tools, and features available through it, subject to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

By accessing our website, scheduling a Design Consultation, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and to any additional policies referenced in them, including our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase products or services from us.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to offer products and services online.

 

 

2. Storm Door Design Consultations

A completed Storm Door Guy Design Consultation is required before a storm door can be ordered.

Storm doors require accurate measurements and proper configuration. During your Design Consultation, we will professionally measure your entry, discuss your needs and preferences, and help determine appropriate storm door options for your home.

A Design Consultation does not obligate you to purchase a storm door.

Any pricing or recommendations provided before the opening has been professionally evaluated may be preliminary or estimated and may change based on measurements, product selections, installation requirements, or other conditions discovered during the consultation.

 

 

3. Storm Door Orders

Storm Door Guy sells storm doors for professional installation within our current Denver, Colorado metro service area.

We do not ship storm doors directly to customers outside our service area.

Once your Design Consultation has been completed, you may select and order an eligible storm door based on the measurements and configuration confirmed by Storm Door Guy.

Many storm doors are customized or specially ordered based on your opening and selections, including size, color, hardware, glass, screen configuration, and other features.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving their selections before an order is finalized.

 

 

4. Custom and Special-Order Products

Many storm doors sold by Storm Door Guy are custom-sized, configured, manufactured, or specially ordered for an individual customer's home.

Once a custom or special-order product has entered production or has been ordered from the manufacturer, it may not be possible to modify or cancel the order.

Custom and special-order products may also be subject to different cancellation, return, or refund restrictions than standard merchandise.

Please review our current Refund Policy before placing an order.

 

 

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

Website pricing may represent starting prices, estimated prices, promotional prices, or prices for particular configurations. Your final storm door price will depend on the specific product, size, configuration, options, and installation requirements associated with your home.

Storm Door Guy requires payment according to the terms presented and agreed upon at the time an order is placed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product-description errors, promotional errors, or other inaccuracies, including after an order has been submitted. If a material pricing error affects an order, we will contact you regarding available options.

Applicable taxes and other charges will be presented when required.

 

 

6. Storm Door Delivery and Professional Installation

Storm doors purchased from Storm Door Guy are intended for professional installation by Storm Door Guy within our current service area.

Once your storm door is ready, we will coordinate an installation appointment with you.

Unless otherwise stated in your order, Storm Door Guy storm door pricing includes the applicable storm door, professional installation, local delivery, and removal and haul-away of your existing storm door.

Installation schedules and product lead times are estimates and may be affected by manufacturer production schedules, product availability, weather, shipping delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the installation area at the scheduled appointment time.

 

 

7. Accessories and Nationwide Shipping

Accessories available through our website may be purchased independently of a storm door and can be shipped throughout the United States, subject to product availability and any restrictions stated on the applicable product page.

Accessories may include video doorbell mounts, decorative kick plates, doormats, and other products offered through our online store.

A Storm Door Guy Design Consultation is not required to purchase accessories unless specifically stated on the product page.

Shipping rates, methods, and estimated delivery times may vary by product and destination and will be presented at checkout when applicable.

8. Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, pricing, colors, and other information.

However, actual colors and finishes may vary from how they appear on a computer, tablet, or mobile device. Manufacturers may also modify product specifications, features, availability, or designs without notice.

Product availability is not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, restrict sales by geographic area, correct errors, or cancel an order when necessary.

 

 

9. Installation Conditions

Storm Door Guy makes recommendations based on the conditions reasonably observable during the Design Consultation and installation process.

In some cases, previously concealed conditions may become apparent during installation, including damage, deterioration, unusual construction, structural issues, or conditions involving the existing entryway.

If we discover a condition that materially affects our ability to safely or properly complete the installation, additional work, repair by another qualified professional, a different product configuration, or rescheduling may be required.

Storm Door Guy will communicate significant issues discovered before proceeding with work outside the originally agreed scope.

 

 

10. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Eligibility for cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds depends on the product and circumstances involved.

Custom and special-order storm doors may be subject to restrictions once ordered or placed into production.

Accessories may have different return eligibility than storm doors.

Please review our Refund Policy for the current terms applicable to cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

If there is a conflict between general language in these Terms and a more specific provision in our Refund Policy concerning a return or refund, the applicable Refund Policy provision will govern that issue.

 

 

11. Manufacturer Warranties

Certain products sold by Storm Door Guy may include warranties provided by their respective manufacturers.

Manufacturer warranties are subject to the manufacturer's own terms, conditions, exclusions, registration requirements, transfer requirements, and claim procedures.

Any manufacturer warranty described on our website is provided for informational purposes. The manufacturer's current written warranty controls the actual scope of warranty coverage.

Storm Door Guy does not independently expand or modify a manufacturer's warranty unless we expressly agree to do so in writing.

Questions regarding a product purchased and installed through Storm Door Guy may be directed to us, and we will help customers understand the appropriate next steps when reasonably possible.

 

 

12. Third-Party and Affiliate Products

Our website may feature products, services, recommendations, or links provided by third parties.

In some cases, Storm Door Guy may receive a commission or other compensation when a customer purchases a product through an affiliate link, at no additional cost to the customer.

Products purchased directly from a third-party website are subject to that third party's pricing, shipping, return, privacy, warranty, and other policies.

Storm Door Guy does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their availability, content, fulfillment, products, policies, or practices.

13. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and account information when making a purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain material errors, cannot be fulfilled, fall outside applicable service or shipping areas, or otherwise violate these Terms.

If we change or cancel an order after it has been submitted, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, telephone number, billing information, or other contact information provided with the order.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes.
