What to Expect Next

Our office manager, Angie, will check your appointment day and time and confirm it shortly. 

Your Appointment

The time you selected is the start of your 2-hour arrival window. Your technician may arrive anytime during that window. When the technician is on the way, they will call or text with a more accurate arrival time. If you need to change the appointment, feel free to call us anytime up to the day before.

The Site Inspection

Your site inspection usually takes 15–30 minutes. The technician will measure your door opening, check the installation area, look for problems before they become problems, and get an idea of what type of door would best fit what you are looking for and your particular home layout.

Do I Need to Be Home?

Usually, no. As long as the technician can access your front door, you do not need to be home. If you'd like to discuss door styles or ask questions, you're welcome to be there.

After the Inspection

We'll prepare and email your personalized Site Inspection Report within 1 business day (usually the same day). In it you'll find our door recommendations, pricing, and other notes about what we found during your inspection.

We'll answer any questions you have and if you decide to move forward, your $35 site inspection fee will be credited toward your storm door purchase and installation.
