Yes. Removal and haul-away of your old storm door is part of our installation service.

Installation includes confirming the fit, mounting the door, installing the handle and closer hardware, making the necessary adjustments, checking that the door opens, closes and latches correctly, and removing your old storm door. Structural modifications, resizing or repairs to the opening are not part of a standard installation. If your opening needs them, we'll explain before your door is ordered.

Yes. We install retractable-screen models, including ProVia's Spectrum line, and doors with built-in pet doors. If your dog jumps or leans on doors, tell us. A standard insect screen isn't a pet barrier, so we may recommend a heavier-duty screen or lower-door configuration.

Timing depends on the door and on our schedule. Special orders, including 32-inch widths, custom sizes and custom colors, can take 30 to 60 days to be made and delivered. The installation itself is usually done in a few hours. We'll confirm your exact timeframe at the consultation, before you order.

ProVia storm doors come with manufacturer warranties that include lifetime glass breakage coverage and lifetime coverage on certain screen systems, subject to ProVia's terms and product registration. Warranty terms vary by brand and model, so we'll give you the exact coverage for your door when we confirm your order.

No. We install only the storm doors we sell, and we don't repair existing doors. That lets us stand behind every door we measure and install. If your current door is damaged or worn out, we'll talk through replacing it with a new one.
