Basic Installation Services

Our Basic Installation Includes: 

• Removal of an existing storm or security door.
• Installation of new storm storm or security door.
• Caulking opening with clear caulking as needed.
• Initial window cleaning weather permitting.
• Jobsite related clean up.
• Haul away and disposal of pre-existing storm door.

Basic Installation does NOT Include:

• Modifying, firring, or resizing and existing opening to fit a storm door including building out sidelight window jambs.
• Repairing unforeseen or hidden damage that must be repaired prior to a proper installation.
• One-way, irreversible security screw removal
• Any materials not already purchased.

Services NOT Offered:

• Rekeying locks to match existing entry doors.
• Trash removal not related to the storm door installation.
• Removing Ring, Vivant, or other video doorbells.
• Removing any type of security related system or part.
• Repainting existing trim needed after storm door removal.
• Structural modifications.
